H2’s Simon Holliday provided evidence at the Californian Internet poker hearings on Tuesday 9 February 2010 in Sacramento. 

H2 have already conducted a significant amount of work regarding the potential for a legalised market including:

·      Providing evidence to the Frank Bill hearings;

·      Participating in the American Gaming Association’s Internet Gaming Task force;

·      Working with PwC on their tax scoring of the Frank/McDermott bill;
