H2 to Moderate in Brussels EU Parliament

Both H2 co-founders are to moderate a panels at the European Gaming and Betting Association’s (EGBA) second Responsible Gaming Day in the European Parliament on 17 February 2009.
The event, which focuses on Integrity and Sports, brings together various high-level stakeholders for the purpose of launching a constructive dialogue on the topic of responsible online gaming in Europe.
The day will provide an opportunity for leading experts, European Union and national policy makers, academics, senior representatives from the private and state owned gaming industry, as well as sport representatives to participate in a fact based discussion on existing practices and remaining challenges in the sector.
The one day event will feature a number of key note speakers as well as three panels which will focus on ethics and sports integrity.
David Henwood, the head of H2 Sport, will moderate the panel entitled; Sport and Bookmaking: A Question of Ethics?
Members of the panel are expected to include: Michal Krejza, head of Unit, Sport, European Commission; MEP Heaton-Harris, Chairman Sports Intergroup, European Parliament, Mr Jose Angel Sanchez, Director General, Real Madrid; Mr Nicolas Béraud, Chief Executive Officer, Betclick; Paul Scotney, Director Integrity Services and Licensing, British Horseracing Authority and David Forrest, Professor of Economics, Centre for the Study of Gambling, Salford University.
Simon Holliday, the head of H2 Gambling Capital, will moderate a panel on Sports Betting: How to Tackle the Risks?
